Sun & Moon Taiji One teaches the two apparently contrasting styles of Taiji (Tai Chi): the restorative and smooth Yang style and the martial and dynamic Chen style. The Taiji One approach is unique: an integration of our experience in Tae Kwon Do (TKD), Kung Fu, and Yoga into traditional Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) training with hands-on instruction.
Taiji (Tai Chi) training includes practice of basics, forms, weapons, applications, and push-hands. We promote performing and competing for self-growth as well as to share with friends, family, and general audience. Check out our Media Gallery for videos .
We have been teaching over 14 years students with various levels of experience in martial arts or athletics. Our emphasis is on enhancing mental-physical balance, posture, flexibility, and strength. We are excited to teach and share our passion for Taiji (Tai Chi) with newbies to martial arts all the way to Black Belts alike.
