For those of you who don't want to be like Kramer in Seinfeld™, we offer separate teen and adult classes in the evening. You won't have to worry about little ones kicking you in the ankles and you'll get a little more challenging workout. Class length varies between 45 minutes to an hour.

Designed for those ages 12 and older, our Adults Program offers an ideal balance of physical exercise, philosophy, self-defense, and Martial Arts curriculum. The classes involve conditioning, toning, and stretching, along with fundamental Tae Kwon Do skill development.
